Visited on 31/8/2020 the last day of the eat out to help out offer. Ordered drinks which where prepared. Then the food, paid the bill contactless, sat down and it hit me that the government discount had not been applied. Rechecked the Gov. Uk website confirmed that the site was listed. When the food arrived and I questioned the bill I was told “ it’s a busy day and the boss has decided to end the offer” There was no warning signage on entering the garden centre or cafe. To be frank feel RIPPED off!!!! There are many that are still honouring the offer and to just opt out is not on. We where due to purchase a tropical fish tank set up for a Birthday present. Obviously we didn’t so it was very, very counter productive and will greatly influence our future garden purchase here. Recommend you pop next door to Willowbrook instead !!!!

Went in there as we were passing there was plenty to look at spent plenty off time going around on way out found a nice restaurant excellent food fantastic staff well go back
Maidenhead aquatics is amazing! Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and patient, (WE ARE FUSSY). Having scouted 6 Somerset aquatic centres for specific fish, we were able to find all the species we required and most importantly they were perfect healthy happy fish who settled into their new tank straight away. ÑO DEAD FISH floating in THEIR TANKS. I even rate them higher than our old local Maidenhead stores in South London. Plus you get to meet the funniest puffer fish (we call him Sid from Ice Age) and a selection of fresh water rays which amused my autistic grandson immensely. They even sell larger sized fish for established tanks with older fish already residing in them. 10 out of 10 100% recommended thank you guys
Found it very quiet. Strange you could buy hat gloves and scarfs but not a jumper etc . Safe environment though.
