nice clean loads of food choices. even truck parking
like
The entrance very clean and car parking spacious, 4 fast food outlets inside a McDonald's drive through. Biggest drawback was the exit, there was so much litter on the entrance to the motorway you could only see litter, it was disscusting there was litter everywhere plastic bags stuck in the trees, takeaway cups etc, for any visitors seeing this what will they think of us?.
Use regular, showers could do with a sprus up and cleaning. A few more places to eat would be beneficial instead of just McDonald's and a noodle bar
Mcdonalds. Worst ever. Staff not very helpful. (All I wanted was a receipt.) The girl said sorry I can't give you one. Then refused to write one. Took the manager to assist me. Then I was told I was standing in the wrong area. The only problem was the correct area had 6 people waiting already which was to many in a small area anyway.
If lucky to get a truck parking spot, occasionally I've had to head straight out again if all allocated lorry bays are taken, then it's an ok little services. Clean, comfortable and safe. The usual vendors on site. Praise to Greggs for consistently being efficient and customer focused. Petrol station staff a bit frosty regarding taking photos but it's not illegal so I told them to mind their own business in exactly the same frosty attitude they used on me. Don't be put off buying fuel as I suppose they were wondering if I was a building inspector.
