I can only thank the staff at the council especially the guys collecting the bins, the staff manning the phones, the highways dept and the cleansing dept ( dealing with fly tipping). You are doing a great job in extraordinary times very pleasantly. Thank you all and stay safe. Thank you so much.

The worst and most uncaring council you'll ever come across. I wonder if it's run by conservatives?
Firstly it is a nightmare trying to speak to anyone person to person. Secondly I have had a complaint in place since April regarding skips in the back alley which has not yet been resolved (5MONTHS) because of this problem residents do not get their bins emptied in the regular way. Skips are left in the back by persons unknown (non residents) due to refurbishment on buildings. Action needs to be taken and I have tried and tried to get the matter resolved but I am getting no where. The council are aware of the culprits and should do something about it.
