We had to have our little man smudge put to sleep, I didn't Ithink i would be allowed to stay with him in his last moments but I was so felt able to say goodbye. Thank you to all staff.

Receptionist are incompetent and lack empathy. You play a major role at the surgery and its imperative to put yourself into someone's shoes. People are very different and things can affect them in different ways. Definitely need some training on that or perhaps look for a job that does not involve sentient beings involving people's feelings.

Very friendly staff. Always happy and pleased to see you. Great vets and nurses. Never had anything other than 1st class service here. Also Molly likes it there!
