I minimise my visits! It's a shame, I would love to shop more at The Range but EVERY TIME I leave frustrated, infuriated, exhausted or just disappointed. EVERY TIME - FOR YEARS - I find that something in my haul has been incorrectly advertised. No attention to detail or accurate pricing is a constant and frustrating issue. Even when a display appears to have care or has just been done-the shelf price is wrong! Even if the description is accurate the price is always more expensive at the till!! I genuinely feel for the till assistants. I have never left the store with all the goods selected because there is always something scanning more expensive than advertised. Floor staff seem to just be there for a laugh and till/customer service are just overworked as a result. Floor staff response to calls is pathetic. Customer appreciation non existent. I only go a couple times a year if absolutely critical and even though I check and triple check around shelves etc I'm still not able to figure out prices and get what I am advertised. Never an enjoyable process so if it is available ANYWHERE else-I would go there instead.
