After 7 months waiting i had my tooth out this morning together with a filling. I’m very happy with the service & treatment I received,wasn’t my usual dentist‘I’m glad!’. I didn’t get the name of the dentist,he was the Asian young dentist ‘male’ and his assistant with the beard. Thanks for being kind Caring gentle and excellent patient care. M S Patel.

Reviewing on behalf of my elderly mother who recently switched from being a private patient to NHS. Prior to switching, she didn’t have any trouble making appointments but now she cannot get through to them because they never answer the phone. She’s been trying to contact them since Christmas! When you call them you are told to leave a message (which my mother did, more than once) and that they’ll phone you back, but no one had the decency to contact her so she’s been left in a mess. She’s going to have to keep phoning and leaving messages now until one of the receptionists decides to do their job. If this practice is finding it difficult to facilitate NHS patients, they should change it back to being a private dentist and stop wasting people’s time.

I've had 4 teeth taken out altogether. The never left the anethstetic long enough to actually work. Other than that, from what I've experienced, not too bad

Never answer the phone , cancelled appointments for no reason ,staff unprofessional. This is for last two years. Absolute shambles finally had enough left. Don't go anywhere near this practice .

Rubbish customer service, I rang them 5 times and even left a message with my name and telephone number to call me back when the left side of my face was swollen due to a tooth abscess. Eventually realised I was wasting my time and called 111 to get emergency treatment that I had to trail all the way to Morecambe for (Not using my real name on here)
