Had a power steering issue identified by AA and verified by Savoy. Within 3 days it was sorted and the issue was sorted, despite a part needing to be ordered. The price was fair and service was amazing - very friendly and quick. Throughout the week they kept in contact. Reliable!

This garage was recommended to me by RAC. So therefore I took it there for my annual service last year 2020 the service was great got the car back nice and clean, no complaints. So I took it back this year for my 2021 service. Left the car 9am Friday.. got a call 5.45pm cars ready for collection. They close at 6 so impossible to collect at short notice. So I had the car collected Saturday morning. I was away on business, so I saw the car Sunday evening, I could not believe the state of the car, as it is a white Mercedes-Benz it had oily finger prints all over the body. One would've cleaned it thoughrly with the current corona pandemic, for extra measures. So I phoned to complain on Monday morning, the reply was am not in on Saturdays the kids must not have cleaned it properly.. we only clean it if we've got time.. they had the car for over 24 hours.. There was no goodwill gesture or a bit of refund of the total cost of the service which was 288 The impression I got was we'r busy enough we don't need your business. I will not be using this garage nor RAC who reccommended this garage.
