Terrible customer service. I emailed asking if they will price match because the website does say they will price match. I found it cheaper elsewhere but they ignored me. I've emailed 3 times in 2 weeks and they're still ignoring me. They do not price match, you can buy from cheaper places, they do not care about potential customers please do not shop here

Bought a beautiful second hand Rickenbacker 330 from Reidys and couldn't be happier with it and the service. Not being able to visit the store during lockdown, I did a live chat to ask some questions. They came back to me with answers straight away about the condition of the guitar and what to expect with delivery. When it arrived, the condition was even better than I expected and somehow they were still able to offer next day delivery. Super impressed and big thanks to the team for keeping us going while we can't get out.
