Sorry for the poor review, it was meant for someone else. Full stars for you, the staff were all very friendly & polite. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything, just left to browse on our own & any questions we asked were all answered. We left the showroom with an excellent part-ex deal for our old car against the new second hand car we bought. Great deal for us & we are both very happy. Sorry again for the mistake. After a third attempt my tyre problem was fixed. Matt from service department was courteous,and helpfu,l during process but, later when l called to pick up my car which, cost me just short of 13,000 I asked Matt about my other problem which had been identified and recorded as a bit of a mess. The rear seating on driver side had an area which looked like it had been raked all who saw agreed it needed looking at. I was told by Matt that himself or, the Manager Mr. Caddis would ring me the following week and let me know what the upholsterer could do.This was on Friday 22nd January and, as I expected due to being let down before no phone call or message came. What started as a good visit to purchase a car has turned into a I will contact you and you don't bother contacting me. Very poor
