Hi just to let you know I bought food yesterday extra hot burger the amount of sauce they put on it's unbelievable future do not do that again all the flavour goes away you can't enjoy your burger it's like I'm eating sauce

Got the 2x Kids meals very disappointed with the presentation food just chucked in the bag, paid extra for cheese only for there to be no cheese. Best part no toys for the kids either in there. Very bad...

First time ordering from here. Ordered from Uber Eats. Places my order at 7:41pm ordered 3 meals, 1 on its own and 1 side estimated delivery times was 8:20-8:40pm. At 8:40pm order hasn’t arrived which then I rang up the takeaway. Lady who picked up, apologised and has told me my order should arrive in the next 15minutes the driver just left. Order didn’t arrive and I rang up again at 9:01pm the same lady picked up and has told me the driver has left my food, he just picked it up now and is out for delivery again, told me to wait 10minutes. At 9:16 I rang back again to see where is my order which I was told the driver is not picking up and they will place an order for me again which will take another 30minutes to be cooked and delivered. 9:58pm my order had arrived, the driver didn’t say hello or even sorry for the delay. 2 hours and 20 minutes it took for my order to come. Honestly I’m not happy with the service of this takeaway and I will not be ordering from there again.

Out of the possible 10 times I have ordered they have got the order wrong approx 8 times. Shame as the food is decent but the service is shocking
