What can I say but JUST AMAZING, bought my daughter a car from here in March, a little Yaris bought it with a 12 month warranty then we got locked down, the car had a little problem, rung them last week to tell them, booked my car in today checked it out, this is the Amazing bit, new coil springs on both side, new link bars on both sides, new brake discs on both sides & new brake pads on both sides, when my mechanic checked it he was surprised they had done all this work & of course my daughter was overjoyed, me all I can say is A BIG THANK YOU GUYS to Mike,Rob, Yas & Lorenzo.

If i could give no stars i would, sold me an outlander, said they changed pads ect on day of purchase this was a lie. I needed full pads and discs all round within a week. They told me the front drivers caliper was a little siezed which they knocked me some money of for and i got this replaced. The garage i took it to informed me of all the discs and pads and showed me them which were shot, not been touched by them as promised. Also i asked on the phone when the timing belt was replaced, they informed it was done and its in the service book, yes it was in the service book, written in by themselves under a service another garage had done. This was never actually done. I was sold top level of warranty, which i have also never recieved. My advice, avoid this place as they lie and steal. A letter will be sent with invoices for work and then the ombudsman will be getting involved. Absolute con artists, dont believe anything they say. Just lies and more lies.

Bought a Volvo V60 off them a few weeks ago , was a great experience . Car developed an unforseeable minor fault, was sorted out quickly and gave me a car to run round in while it was fixed. Of course they are a business first and foremost but they want you the customer to have a trouble free ,enjoyable experience and it shows in their approach. Would recommend to any potential car buyer.
