The booking in process went quite badly wrong, as when I made the booking I thought I was booking my car in for an MOT at the Blackburn Service Centre, but in fact it was being booked into the Preston Service Centre. This only came to light when my wife dropped the car off at the appointed date and time and was met with blank faces. By the great good graces, the Blackburn Service Centre reception staff applied themselves immediately and found sufficient time and space to transfer the booking from Preston to Blackburn and the rest of the process happened seamlessly. I have always enjoyed wonderful courtesy and exemplary levels of service in my dealings with Lookers, but in this instance it went to a completely different level. Well done and thank you.

If you need to get your headlights cleaned up if they are crazed or discoloured take it to their bodyshop. Brilliant service took my mk5 in for both wings to be replaced due & also had my headlights polished up. Will post pictures up of before and after shortly! :) results speak for themselves!
