My wife is an N.H.S. patient at the Accrington Road practice and she broke a front tooth on Sunday. She rang early on Monday and was given an emergency appointment later in the week. The tooth was repaired perfectly by Lydia and she was treated courteously and sympathetically by Rachel and Karen (reception staff) and also by the dental nurse on duty. Well done and thank you from Frances.

Repeatedly cancelled my appointments. I work away so if make arrangements for appointment have to take annual leave so to have appointments cancelled regularly is unacceptable. Also booked via their website for an NHS appointment, only to arrive and be told they could not see me unless I paid for private. Timewasters.

Such a high turnover of staff have never seen same dentist twice ..They all seem to leave . Had a regular check up to include scrape and polish but the dentist refused to do it and said I would have to pay privately for it as she deemed it unnecessary. Surely if I've paid for it then it's up to me if I require a polish. Disappointed and won't be returning for another check up
