I’ve had driving lessons with 3 instructors and Fred was the best by far! He changed my whole driving approach and got me to pass quicker than I could’ve thought! Definitely choose Fred’s driving school if you’re looking to pass your driving test.

Fred is a phenomenal teacher, I couldn't recommend him enough. I had to re-take a driving test recently and went back to him after he had passed me 1st time a few years before, and he managed to do it again straight away! hoenstly the best driving instructor I know. Very highly recommended. Kind, attentive, full of good advice and skill.
I was searching for not expensive driving school around Blackburn in the internet and found out about Fred Driving School. My instructor is Fred. He is very professional. Lessons can be tailored easily depending on your situation. He is very flexible as well especially when I have to cancel or choose my driving lessons and even my practical exam whatever is more convenient to my busy schedule. He is more than an instructor. He is like a friend. We talked about tips and famous mistakes during practical test. He gives personal advises that cannot be found on your manuals. He is always calm and very polite. You will not feel the pressure or stressed during your lessons. Every lesson is enjoyable. He will cheer you up during the test and will be very supportive. He feels even more happier than my partner when I passed the test!!
Fred is a great instructor. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to pass their practical driving test. Fred was very patient with me and very understanding. I passed first time thanks to him and I strongly suggest that anyone that is learning to drive uses Fred as their instructor!
