Myself, husband and three children have been training here for 2 1/2 years. It is a great place to learn the skills of kick boxing. The instructors are fantastic and set high expectations of respect, resilience and a positive attitude. It is family orientated, a fun place to train and has such a great warm and friendly atmosphere. My three children have gained great confidence. I would highly recommend them.

I've been training here for nearly 3 years now. My body has changed hugely since I started. I came in barely being able to do a push-up, and now I can lift twice my body weight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fitter, or learn to defend themselves!

I've been training for near 2 years at this place now, and it has become much more than a hobby. It's my home, and my life rolled all in one with excellent instructors, people and coaching in more than just Martial Arts. 5/5 would highly recommend coming in for a lesson, and you'll be likely taken in by the family real fast.

My son has been training here for nearly seven years half his life. The feeling of support the moment you enter the Dojo is overwhelming. His focus and approach to life challenges have been considerably improved by attending here, as has his confidence and belief in himself.
