Amazing instructors (male and female). Feel very comfortable attending this class. Very enjoyable whilst learning self defence at the same time. The knowledge of the staff is outstanding. I have attended the meditation which makes so much sense mentally. The adult self defence class on a tuesday is excellent and fun at the same time. My daughter has been doing the lessons for 2 years now who lacked a lot of confidence before attending this class.She is more alert now more fitter and has more confidence thanks to her teachers. (she is now 11). She loves every minute of it. Thank you so much for making her feel safe and welcome. I would certainly recommend these classes especially for children..
Paul Sensei is a truly inspiring teacher who cares about not only the physical development of his students, but their mental and spiritual development too. He teaches samurai jujutsu which involves locking, throwing and striking but teaches in such a way that the techniques are practical and applicable to situations we may find ourselves in in everyday life. No lesson is boring with Paul! His enthusiasm shines through with every demo and he is brilliant at breaking things down and explaining techniques.
