Had take away food from the pub which was all delicious. Nice thing was the variety so it wasn't just let's have Chinese/curry/burger tonight, everyone could have their own preference. We had one curry, very tasty and a good size portion, one fish and chips and one burger so everyone was happy with no compromise.

We stumbled across this wonderful place, whilst out for a drive. Can't rate it highly enough. Staff are very welcoming. Specials menu has lots to choose from as had the dessert board. Disappointed I was too full up from my main to fit one in! We shall definitely be returning.

My family and myself have just spent the weekend in eye and found this restaurant/pub Staff are lovely atmosphere great food even better trust me all fresh and cooked to order. The landlord does the cooking and the bar staff can’t help enough a Pleasant change to most pubs restaurants in south London 10/10 5*. Ps Be careful the bar manager is a Chelsea fan
Lovely friendly staff, tables outside, this is a great traditional country pub for summer afternoons as well as cosy winter evenings. Stopped off for a great burger dinner, one chicken and one veggie, really good hand cut chips, coleslaw and tasty fillings. Good to see a range of tasty vegetarian options (not the poor choice of two that so many pubs provide). We noticed several take-out meals were also served while we ate outside so seems a popular choice. Locally brewed Strummer ale was smashing too. Very difficult to fault.
