Beautiful venue. Up 3 flights of stairs though unfortunately. Staff friendly. Had a full English. Wasn't overly impressed. Mushrooms had a weird taste and majority had clearly been reheated. Lovely selection of cakes though!

Quirky cafe on the top floor of the Home & Colonial Tea Stores. Be prepared to climb three flights of stairs. Plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. Staff is very friendly and always on the move. Loved it here and the tea was surprisingly good.

Beautiful food, great atmosphere It is on the very top of the building and takes some climbing to the top. The shop is full of wonderful bits and bobs. The food is worth the climb.

We visited here recently 32 each our booking was 2.30 the last one of the afternoon, we was a group of 2 so had to sit different sides of cafe not a problem but we had a table on the back of us that was not a metre away we also was not asked to sign in or track and trace? the sandwiches were awful no thought to the fillings and looked as though they’d been thrown on the platter they were dry were they had been left out for quite a long time before we got there. Sausage rolls/scotch eggs and cakes were lovely.

Just wow, worth a visit to see our history in this shop. Up the stairs to the cafe, breakfast was delish. Coffee was good.
