My Black Eyewear frames began to lose their shine in about a year, now becoming unwearable. I visited their shop - the manager said it's normal that their frames become tarnished. I've worn glasses forever and never had this happen!

I wish I'd paid attention to the 1 star review given below in relation to Black Eyewear's returns policy. The same would apply to their after sales service. Pay attention to their returns policy, once you leave the premises there are zero returns, hard and fast rule. And they are rude too.

On the recommendation of a friend - after I’d asked here where she’d bought her very eye-catching glasses - I sought this place out. Wow, the design, quality and attention to detail is incredible. Plus, the excellent friendly and knowledgeable service is among the best I’ve ever had. I’m a true convert. Bought two pairs of glasses as I simply couldn’t decide on just one design, and can’t see myself looking elsewhere in the future.
