My mom and her siblings used Black Country Funerals for my grandad's funeral. They were fantastic throughout and so reasonably priced compared to many other local funeral directors. My mom was so impressed with the service they offered. While at the funeral all the staff were friendly, polite and professional. As someone attending the funeral I would never have guessed that their service comes at almost half the price of any other, as everything about it was spot on. Unfortunately my husband passed away in February and Emma at Black Country Funeral Services couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. She took the family and myself through all the steps I needed to take, and the entire funeral service including music etc. Everything was priced separately and easy to understand. The prices they charge are very reasonable and they offer a great professional service. I would highly recommend them if your family suffers a bereavement.
