Sorry wouldn’t even give this a 1 star went in on a Saturday afternoon 8 adults. The bar man was very unhelpful one of asked for a coffee and was met with a oh god don’t I have enough to do then another ordered a wine and was told you’ll get what I give you. Left very quickly after this won’t be going back
We came especially for a Sunday lunch with two friends who were staying with us on holiday. Staff are friendly, service was good (neither rushed nor slow) and carvery food was all really lovely with generous portions. We were surprised to find beef and lamb choices carry a supplement of 2.50 per person which is not indicated on the blackboard outside. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next visit.
