It's a beautiful cafe in the chhatrapati Shivaji terminal. We ordered tea and coffee, an I must tell you it was superb. The decor is contemporary with classical table chairs. The menu offers many options for food as well as beverage. Staff here is very good

We ordered Chinese- Highly recommended Triple Schezwan Rice (5/5), hakka noodles (4/5). Overall food was good but it is a little overpriced, might be since it is within the airport arena . Also the service can be improved a bit. Overall good food.

Not bad and reasonably fast. In the evenings, around 10pm, a few times I've gotten a couple of South Indian veg dishes each time for takeaway. Usually about 300 rupees (idli, sambhar, chutney, masala dosa, sambhar, more chutney last time). Typically takes 15-20 mins for them to prepare. Compare with 385 rupees for a small 'coffee' aka Americano from Starbucks across the way (there's no drip coffee, only espresso drinks) and the value seems quite high here. They don't take bank cards from any non Indian bank so bring your cash.

We had the worst experience. Pathetic service and pathetic food. Unprofessional behaviour of all the staff. Delayed service. I don't even want to give 1 star but I had no option.

I wish I could give “0” just look at the Tandoori Chicken piece they had served, to which the restaurant guy casually said that “Sir, Tandoori to aise hi hota hai”. Chicken Biryani was another horror. Avoid this place and save your hard earned money.

Foods are really overpriced, and the quantity & quality of the food just like any other street Chinese food....and about the ambient of the restaurant is good but there are lots of mosquito.....you can not even sited quiet for 2 mins...staffs are careless......we had ordered three starters and a beer it will cost us 3852 rupees. Not recommended to anyone, very disappointed with Black Berry Restaurant.
