Visited this resturant during the end of Jan an covid is still around. Resturant was spacious and clean. Service was excellent until more customers started to arrive. Service slowed down just a few but over all our server Ron was A. He took care of us and provided us valuable info on the price change. The food was seasoned well and the steaks were very juicy. I had a T Bone and my wife had a rib eye. Over all 4 stars they only did not receive the last star because the bathroom needed some love.

Rafael was a fantastic server! Not sure why this restaurant is only a 4 star. The food was excellent and service was fantastic. The outside appearance of restaurant is deceiving but when you enter it's a 5 star restaurant. Try it. You won't be disappointed!
Came in with low expectations and those weren’t even met. Best part of the meal was the rolls and honey butter. We each got the Mr Angus steak and the stake tasted more like ground beef. My wife asked for no cheese and her mushrooms had green on them, so who knows what I ate. I’m a huge potatoes guy and didn’t even finish my garlic mashed potatoes. The food tastes as good as the pictures on their menu... which aren’t good. Too expensive for the low quality they are serving. Maybe it was an off night, but we won’t be coming back to check.
The staff members were courteous and knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant and it's menu items. Our Server, Raphael, was AMAZING (Thanks for your patience). The manger came by to make sure all was well. I'm happy that we chose to eat there.
My family traveled from Cleveland & California to come to Florida for a family gathering. On Christmas we decided to go come to BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE for dinner! You know how they say “First Impression Is the Best Impression”! Well sad to say. The service we had for a family of 20 was unacceptable. Of course we had to reserve 30-45 minutes ahead. Seeing how I am from the culinary industry I know and would assume the restaurant would prepare for a 20 top! “Preparation Prevents Poor Performance”. Most of my family members ordered steak. Cause it’s a steakhouse. Not the steak house we thought it would be. Not that expensive but not worth the price. The entire service we just didn’t see any appreciation as a customer and our waiter “Johnathan seemed unenthusiastic to serve us! We were prepared to tip well! And on Christmas we usually stay in but today we’ve decided to try something different! Also I asked for a Medium steak, my steak was served burnt. Since when did that become okay?! I’m sure this place is big on tourist! You never know who you are serving. I wish the best for the establishment and hopes for changes as far service and food. I know the pandemic make times hard but it shouldn’t change the integrity of the establishment. For it to be busy means the whole restaurant full! We reserved 45 mins ahead and waited an extra 35 minutes. Tables were empty when we arrived.
