Placed an order online and got the face masks two days later! Was kept in contact at all times too. Will use again
Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. We placed an order of a few items in different sizes to try the items and see which was the better fit. We were then going to order a large order for all of our staff with our logo printed on the items. We returned the items back in the original packaging and the original box. Only the larger size had been tried on NOT every garment. When we received the email to say 20% of the amount would be deducted off the refund for the way in which the items had been return. I called BK up and asked why. I got told ALL garments came back not folded as they had folded them and the cardboard box was bashed. ONE NOT every item was tried on and TWO I can't control how the box got back to them. If they had said all larger garments had been tried on ( I know this as the lady tried them on here and didn't take the smaller items out the packet and also I sent them back and put them all in the box) and weren't precisely folded(which by the way who can get them exactly how they have?) then I would have listened but to be told All garments I knew it was a scam, you order from here and tick you agree to the 20% off and they will take that off every return! What a rip off. DO NOT USE. We have been in business 33 years and never come across a company like this.
Great quality clothing took about a week to come but well worth the wait have purchased again highly advise if your looking for work wear.
