BJ’s- Worst customer service. I received my order incomplete. I requested a refund; it was never processed. I called the restaurant twice and visited the location three times. There is no customer service phone number to call for any issues. I sent 2 emails nobody responded. After 1 month of dealing with this issue finally give up. Never will go back or purchase anything.

Salad and fries were good, the rest of the meal was average. They were out of prime rib, so they subed in a ribeye that tasted more like a sirloin. Kids meal was just boxed mac and cheese with a cup of apple sauce. Added side of fruit. Waited 10 min. after getting salads to get silverware and service was very slow, with no wait to get in and what seemed to be a slow night.
This was my first time here and had a pretty good experience. The burger was delicious. Their house IPA wasn't that good. Overall it was good and worth trying out. I would go there, again.
The place was good ! Russell was so welcoming and gave good suggestions. I had the bison burger and it was so good I forgot that it was half the calories of a regular burger. The spinach dip was also good. My favorite was the monkey bread dessert , it is a must for everyone who like monkey bread and cinnamon! The Moscow mule was so niice and not as sweet as the ones sold in America. Definitely a must try restaurant!
An excellent meal as always. I came here on this day specifically for the fish and chips and it did not disappoint. Out table also had a couple of burger options and a salad. All the burgers were cooked as ordered and had great flavor. Our server was great and the overall service was excellent. We have been here many times and have tried different items on the menu and have never had a bad meal. The drink list has a nice variety and the beer selection is excellent. They feature their own with great descriptions of each one.
