Great Dining Experience! Kudos to all of the staff at this restaurant. Our server, Carter, was especially awesome. He was personable, made terrific recommendations and gave us the perfect amount of attention. My hubby had the Philly cheesesteak with fries and stout beer. He can be picky and raved about his meal and the beer. I had the sirloin tip with chicken, baked potato and green beans. All were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The atmosphere was nice and open. The service was good and staff was nice. The food was delicious. First time here. It was a farewell lunch with family during our visit. We'd eat here again to try other menu items. I only got a couple of pictures since we were kinda hungry and got into the food kinda quick. My brother-in-law welcomly got his order adjusted from egg whites to regular scrambled for his vegetarian omelette. I shared my Turkey club with my husband who shared with me his fish taco. Both were delicious.
The experience for me, was that of a 5 star restaurant! Service was above and beyond. The fish was made perfectly (not hyperbole). I always enjoy going there, but this evening, the service and the food were extra good.
Our family visited BJ's on 11/29. We were seated promptly however no one came to get a drink order for about 15-20 minutes, let alone our order. Several employees were standing around talking so we left. I called the manager immediately to let him know. He was very apologetic and offered a 25.00 credit to come back and try another day. We went back on 12/12 and sat in a booth in the bar area. We were greeted right away and offered beverages and our order was taken. The server was not friendly, all about business. She didn't check on us after food had been delivered to our table by another server. It was only when my daughter's soda needed a refill that she came over and I asked a question about the dessert menu that she even spoke another word. She didn't ask if I wanted to order dessert, just left the table after answering our question. The server passed our table numerous times hiwever failed to look over at our table to see if we needed her for anything. Finally after 5-10 minutes she asked if we wanted to order dessert. We did. Upon receiving the bill I paid electronically and gave a 10% tip which I HATE doing. I have tipped 30-40% a lot during this pandemic because the servers are struggling but she wasn't good at all. BJ's used to be a favorite date spot for me however I opted to take the kids and both times been very disappointed. The service the second time wasn't horrible, because I've had worse, but there was A LOT that could have been better because they weren't that busy.
The menu had a large variety of meals to choose from, food was great, the atmosphere was awesome, the service was mediocre. Over all we had a great date night, both of us loved our meals and the monkey bread dessert was the perfect way to end our dinner out? We will definitely will be going back.
