The company has its home in the village of Mammen in central Jutland and has production sites in Mammen, Drøsbro, Onsild and Søvind and a sales company, Mammen Cheese, in Fredericia. We employ approx. 190 people. Our world We produce around 35,000 tons of white, yellow, blue and fresh cheese for the domestic and export markets. We strive to create great tasting cheese in a sustainable way. Our milk comes from our local region and is transported as short as possible to the dairies. Close cooperation with local farmers is crucial for us to make highest quality cheese.
