Hired a concrete mixer gave it back they charged me 24 quid extra, could be by mistake not a problem. Then i hired a grinder Went to drop it back and showed them the receipt for the concrete mixer and told them minus the extra charged amount He Told me not to come back and started being very mouthy and rude to me. Im shocked and very dissapointed at their customer services.

By far the best tool hire place in the town. Very friendly staff, spot on customer service. Due to my strong accent sometimes in this kind of places I get treated like if I was going to come to rob them but this guys were spot on. You can't get better rates elsewhere, I've tried, even online. Will recommend to anyone
