I absolutely love Bizara cards. Being in lockdown, I’ve been getting myself prepared for Christmas and one of those tasks was a special Christmas card ... and ‘special’ it is! Their lockdown procedures (online ordering and collection etc.) worked perfectly and I am delighted, as always, with their work. I was able to choose my card seamlessly online and even emailed for a little additional bespoke touch (with a particular colour ribbon) which they were more than happy to help with. I am super pleased - seamless ordering, excellent communication and a comfortably COVID secure collection. Thank you.

The cards here are truly little works of art, I'm always pleased with the quality. However it's not the first time I've left the store feeling confused and frustrated. The staff seem quite rigid about what they will and won't add to the card. I wanted a sparkly \happy\ added to my card that just said \Christmas\. I asked and received a o\. I feel as though if I'm the customer and if I'm paying 19 for four cards, I should be able to ask within reason for what I'd like to be written on my cards. I will continue to shop here, but can you guys just lighten up a bit on the rules? I notice I'm not the first person to react negatively to customer service. Sparkly sparkles from a slightly irritated Christmas elf!

Really convenient as close to my work, our office is always pleased when staff receive cards purchased for occasions. The shop staff are always friendly and happy to help. So many great designs for cards
