We've been enjoying treating ourselves to a takeaway most weekends during lockdown but the valentine's 'finish at home menu' we had yesterday was the best food takeaway food we've had by a very long way. A delicious three course menu arrived well wrapped, with such clear instructions that even my husband could follow! The food was simply superb. But it was the finishing touches, such as fresh chives to garnish and homemade fudge that made this such a special meal. Robert baked a wonderful homemade thyme and ale loaf as an extra. Thank you. This lovely meal helped to make our valentine's day very special this year. We're looking forward to visiting the restaurant in person when it re-opens.

Excellent quality food, at a reasonable price. Staff friendly, good service. Interesting menu too. This week they had a lunchtime 'special' (see picture) for only 5! Thank you! Recommend!

Had the sweet potato with chestnut risotto. Genius! Love it!!! It was a pity that the kitchen was very slow, thought it might because it’s almost Christmas and the staff were off?

Visiting Bitter and Twisted was a really nice experience, 2 nights in a row. A good choice on the food menus and a well stocked bar. The three front of house staff were polite whilst working so hard and also explained the necessary Covid precautions in the pub too. Top marks and I'll definitely be back.

Nice central location, outside seating available with view of the town square. Lots of choice on the menu with a lot of attention for vegan and vegetarian options. Servings are large and food taste and quality is good. Prices at the usual Cotswolds levels. Staff is friendly and service on a busy Saturday afternoon was a bit slow.
