Really bad customer service. Currently waiting for an item to be delivered that was ordered Saturday before last. When I called just now and spoke to Alex she advised me she as no idea where the item is going to be delivered and has no way of telling me at all. She also said the factory that is holding it ( wherever that is ) has no customer service?!? When I asked if she could email them to find out she said no..WOW! I explained I was a key worker and I had arranged for someone to be there all last week and this week as I have to go into work. She wasn't interested in the slightest. So wish I had gone some where else. I have been ordering everything online for 1 year and have never encountered anything like this. I suggest everyone go somewhere else.

Excellent experience of my online order: I ordered a lovely wooden dog gate (for my tiny dog), its really nice and looks good in my flat. Order was processed very fast and came by courier a day or so later (non-contact and covid-safe delivery - they took photo of parcel in my doorway instead of a signature plus they emailed the time window it was coming which is helpful too so didn't have to wait in all day). The item was well described on the website so I could check it is suitable (as some my dog could just get through the bars as she is so small). Thank you

When I placed my order I wasn't told that the item I purchased was out of stock , I waited a week then telephoned to inquire . Only then was I told that my item was out of stock , further more they could not say when it might ever be back in stock . I cancelled the order and was told it would take seven days for the refund to be made. If I had not contacted them by phone I wonder how long would they have kept my money before telling me that they didn't have the item that they sold to me . It's not only the high street banks that cant be trusted , Copers of Stortford must be making a fortune just by improperly holding on to customers money.
