I will never use Buzz Catering supplies again! I made genuine mistake on an order and was appalled to find both a 25% restocking charge and the cost of return of the goods to be charged. While I accept it was my mistake there was no flexibility at all on these charges.I was ready to place an order for the correct goods, but will now source them elseware. It may well be in the terms and conditions, but a bit of good and flexible customer service would have gone a long way. So Buyers beware, you sign away your distance selling rights when you order from this company!

I don't really like writing negative reviews, but the experience I had ordering from this company was pretty poor. - They advertised products as in stock that weren't - They didn't tell me they were ordering them in until I asked why the order had not been delivered - They then didn't tell me they couldn't source one of the products at all - I didn't find out until the delivery came. - The delivery had no forewarning, despite assurances I would receive a tracking number etc - They still charged me for a product they could not actually get and did not refund me until I chased them three times The person I dealt with via email seemed pleasant and apologetic, but even allowing for Covid and Brexit disruption not great service.

A little slow to arrive albeit within the timescale given. The box containing the crockery was upside down and unsealed within the outer case but was fortunately spotted before the contents fell to the floor! Other than that I'm pleased.

Appalling Company - do not use. The wrong items were delivered, the customer service was non-existent, and I was told that I had to return the items at my own expense and would only receive a partial refund! In the end I returned the items to Neville's by car and was unable to find the correct drop off point, eventually an operative came out from the warehouse and offered to help me with the box, and ensure that it was taken to the right place. Although in actual fact he was stealing it and there has been no further contact from Buzz or Neville's. End result no refund, no goods, and no customer service from Buzz. UPDATE I have been advised that I WILL be getting a refund - no sign of it yet though!
