Purchased a zippy little Fiesta Zetec for my daughter and it's still going strong! Been a great machine so far with no issues at all. Fresh service to add to an already complete service history, a new MOT certificate and warranty, basic but a little piece of mind. Lovely car.. still going beautifully a year after purchase. However... it would have been nice if they had sent off the v5.... I went to change the owner details to my daughter ..( so needed new tax) only to find I couldn't (new keeper slip had bitten the dust under a cup of coffee)... I couldn't understand how I had misplaced the V5 as I file everything. Rang the DVLA to discover it was still registered to Bishops! Sorted now but has cost me extra money and a lot of stress. I would happily buy another car from them, but would want the change of ownership done there and then online!!!
