Well I don't know where to start but here goes. My wife likes rats and since she had just lost 2, we decided to replace them. What happened next was a complete blur. Pets at home are following Covid- 19 rules which only allow one person in at a time. So my wife went in alone I stayed outside. An hour later she emerged with 4 female rats and items which they required, not content with that she saw a male rat on its own. The upshot of this was, you've guessed it, he now resides in his own cage, plus all his own toys and the females in their separate cage away from him. During this whole episode which lasted for 2 days we personally enjoyed the experience along with the staff who showed exceptional experience and knowledge of their abilities dealing with customers. This establishment rates 100 percent in our estimations for customer satisfaction, animal welfare awareness, cleanliness of establishment and diversity that they show during these difficult times. If you're thinking of buying a pet this is the first place you should consider. You won't be disappointed that I can assure you.

Good selection of shops, always a parking space, and well organised with queues outside. I love the Pets at Home there with its lovely staff. Can't complain.

Great shopping, but you throw the dice every time you enter or leave. The car park and main roundabout leading to it is like the thunderdome.
