Nice place to walk your dogs near the river, however can be spoilt by rubbish left from people sitting in their cars eating fast food and drinking alcohol who then throw this rubbish on the floor. Having said that, there are conservation groups who work tirelessly cleaning up after people, so full credit to them.

A nice friendly club. The rugby coaching is great and the club ethos is exemplary. The club rooms can be hired for parties and weddings, with the club providing the catering. The rooms are quite basic but they are large and clean. The club is sited along the river and at the bottom of Newton Cap Bank. The incline is quite steep for some people. However there is plenty of parking space. For special events they open up a field for caravans and tents. Staff are friendly and willing to help where they can.

Great facilities, good under 14s team. Lovely pitch and good location with friendly club members and supporters. We were made very welcome as visitors.

Rugby in great surroundings by the river, go for a walk, watch a game of rugby at a good standard, then finish the afternoon off with a lovely pint.
