I always LOVE biscuits when I can dine-in. The food is great and there’s always such nice people working there. BUT if you’re going to order for take-out or delivery, everything changes. Today we ordered for take out with a pick up time of 9:30. We get there at 9:30, only to wait until 10:00 for the food to be done. Once we received it, the food was cold like it had been sitting for those 30 minutes. The last time I ordered for delivery, I was given an order for someone that wasn’t me and mine was nowhere to be found. The food was also cold and 20 minutes late on delivery. So if you can eat here, I recommend it! Do not do take out or delivery.

Food is okay, majorly overpriced. Our waitress seemed irritated and was very curt and brisk with us. Wasn't that impressed. San Tan Cafe is much more affordable and better quality in my opinion.

Let's start with the good. The food was very good, and they served large portions. I don't think anyone in our party finished all of their food. The bad: Service was below standard. The waitress seemed bothered to help us. Who knows maybe it was towards the end if her shift, or it was a busy morning, but we never received a warm vibe or even standard service. It was, take your order here's your food, check. That said the cashier, an elderly woman, was very personable, but I guess you have to smile after charging 71 for breakfast. Yes, over 70 for three adults and two kids. 5 orange juice doesn't help, and not honoring the free drink for signing up with the club, left a sour taste in all of our mouths. If you are going to charge a premium price, than the service needs to be on point at the bare minimum. Verdict: Unless you just hit it big at the casino, I'd pass. There are so many other options in the valley that compare to Biscuits Cafe, for half the price.
