I tried to make an appointment for my 16 year old daughter, called the surgery which took 45 minutes for them to answer where i was then told I cant make an appointment for her via the phone and would need to use the website portal. So logged on to the portal to book her the appointment, at this point the website makes me aware she cant book via the portal as she is under 18 years old. So i call back the surgery to advice them i cant make appointment via portal as she is under 18. The lady then advises me to FIDDEL the e consultation form so i can make the booking! I find this absolutely outrageous. I go back on line and fiddle the form as this is the only way they claim I can make an appointment at this time. This was 5 weeks ago and i am still waiting for them to call with appointment. I find this surgery a joke. The management here should be ashamed. Off to the walk in center we go.

I have now tried ringing this surgery 40 times since Friday 11th September, have been on hold for 12 minutes 36 seconds this afternoon, and it was over 12 minutes this morning, the call was redirected back into the queue several times (HAVING WORKED IN A CALL CENTRE i KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS SOUNDS LIKE) The patient access site you are directed to doesn't work correctly, and you are not allowed into the surgery unless you have an appointment, so exactly how are you supposed to avail yourself of an appointment? This is normal for this surgery even without Covid 19 on the go.

I wouldn't bother to write a review here folks. I've just been informed by office manager that they don't look at the reviews here as it's only the people who want to complain that post. Unbelievably bad practice. People have every right to complain about the service.

Corona Virus is not an excuse for the sheer laziness of the doctors - they fob you off to the website for an E-Consultation (it nothing of the sort). Only for this to end with - just call 111. You should be ashamed of your inability to offer any kind of care or even consultation. Useless.
