An absolute gem of a tea room in Birsay, and very very busy. We didn't realise how busy it would be and found it impossible to get a table as a walk in. However we were still made very welcome and ordered a takeaway instead. The homemade cakes were delicious and good quality coffee too. To avoid disappointment go to their Facebook page for details of how to book a table. You won't be disappointed.
Book ahead! Amazing food! The soup was brilliant and tasted exactly how a soup should've tasted. The small tuna sandwiches it came with were very nice. Quite expensive but was worth it.
Lovely, place for coffee, tea, cake anything. Local food. Remember to ring and book a table, always very bussy and full. Lavender cake the best. The view from windows is WOW!
Lovely tea room overlooking the Brough of Birsay. Nice place for lunch. Reservations are needed.
