Amazing service considering the current restrictions. Everyone was really friendly and they've clearly put in place effective procedures to ensure you're still completely informed and reassured that your pet is receiving the best care.

There is a car park to rear. Appointment ran on time and smoothly lovely receptionist and vet nurse was also very professional offered all the options to allow us to get required tablets short term or long term. Very pleased and would recommend.

Thank you to the Whitecross Vets Team at Kings Heath for their excellent support when our dog Tilly was unwell recently. The reception staff did their best to get an appointment. Despite Covid, when we attended the appointment staff were friendly & approachable. After seeing our dog who was anxious & pain, the vet came outside to explain problem & treatment plan.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Reception and veterinary staff rude and abrupt. Receptionists didn't communicate what was happening. Then shouted at us in public in front of other customers on the street for no reason. Absolutely ruined our day. Will be removing all our pets from this vets practice. AVOID! Unless you want to be treated like scum.
