I can't recall catching a train to and from work - Lichfield to Birmingham, that hasn't arrived to its destination at least 10 minutes late On top of that they expect you to pay extortionate prices for tickets during peak hours for an unreliable service - absolutely no different as to when it was London Midland. At least you're guaranteed a free ride if New Street isn't your destination as rarely anyone even bothers to check tickets as soon as you're past Lichfield.

Sadly there are now everyday cancellations and principally every train is much delayed. The service worsens rapidly ! Trains are now that much unreliable that I must look for an alternative.

Extremely poor service !! Only 1 of 3 trains is running -- 2 of 3 trains are cancelled without announcement or any information given. Timetable is just for decoration... With such unreliable and misleading service I am better off with bus or bicycle.
Crowded trains to London from rugby. Over priced given you have to stand all the way, or sit on the floor. Shocking
