Chris did an excellent job with my order. I'm not a business customer and therefore had quite a few questions which he answered quickly and with lots of detail at every stage. Before I rang Vincent I had rung approx. 8 other suppliers, all of whom didn't get the business because of poor communication and being busy due to the current situation. I understand from Chris that Vincent is extremely busy as well, but he still took the time to guide me through the quote and order.

A big thank you to Jake, the very talented Julia and the whole team for supporting Gracelands Nursery School. Vincent's donated two large high quality planters for our gardening project. The whole team team have been very friendly and helpful and we are so grateful for them supporting their local community school. The children and staff are very excited to start planting beetroot, lettuce, spring onions and radish. Amazing service.
