Really last minute order for Valentines day, delivered by 12noon on Sunday 14th.....12 pink roses, and was much bigger than I expected...the good lady loves them.....highly recommend.

My family have been using Urban Design for many years, and so was an obvious choice for our wedding flowers. We were not disappointed, they did a phenomenal job. All of the bouquets and centre pieces were perfect, as were the gift bouquets and button holes. Was a really easy process throughout, and Jade was very helpful in talking through options (even when we weren’t too sure what some flowers looked like!). I would highly recommend using them.
Absolutely beautiful flowers, put together so professionally. My wife was stunned! And a quick email on the morning they were due produced an immediate response with a time-slot. Can't say better than that.
Lovely and helpful staff who greeted me at the door. Spent time asking me what the occasion was and recommended types of flowers and bouquets within my budget. Beautiful displays in shop. Good choice of free cards to choose from to attach to flowers. Flowers come with food and lasted a while. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
Always very helpful. Make beautiful arrangements to order... I sometimes only give 24hr notice and its done. I always rely on them to make the major decisions and they always go beyond expectations. Great customer service. 100% recommend.
