Bought a ring bender that was described as professional quality. Paid almost 300 dollars for it. Very disappointed in the tool and overall experience with this company. The tool broke 5 minutes into trying to use it. When I reached out to the company for their return policy, They said No returns, sorry for your luck. Do not waste your money on these tools. They should be on the wish app- straight from China!!

What a shame after reading such good reviews!! My girlfriend received terrible customer service from the sales manger. The goods were shipped to the wrong address in Africa at first and finally when arriving at the correct address in the Netherlands 30 days after placing the order, two of the main items had since gone out of stock, so the order was pointless in the end. There has been no compensation for their mistake, the delay or missing items. Would never recommend, plenty of other companies with better service out there, don't take the risk.
