First time I've had something like this done (tear troughs) and Fiona was amazing. Completely put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. So happy with the finished results and Fiona made sure I was ok in the weeks that followed the procedure with check ups. Highly recommend.

My tattoo is now fully healed after my first laser removal session at the clinic. Can’t fault the procedure at all, I was warmly welcomed into the clinic and received an extremely professional service from all the staff involved. I also received prompt aftercare response when I had any queries. All facilities were spotless and I’m looking forward to my session next week! Thank you guys! Alex
Attended numerous appointments in my quest to remove 3 or 4 small moles. I had to pay to see the surgeon who told me what I already knew (i.e. the moles too small for surgery). So I was then advised to get laser to remove them at the same clinic. Attended numerous laser appts and no changes to the moles. I was then advised to try microneedling since it was apparent that their laser did not work. I attended 3 or 4 appts for microneedling to remove the moles. This did not work either. Absolutely no changes whatsoever. No guarantees. No refunds. The girl who performed the procedures (Jade) was lovely and it is no reflection on her. The 1 star is because I paid a fortune and got absolutely nowhere. Very disappointed.
I could give 0 stars for this “clinic” if I could. Absolutely shocking. My other half came to you for a hair transplant after hearing some good reviews... well they must be fake! They didn’t even distribute where they took the donor hairs from, they don’t work around you, they work around themselves! He rang the clinic to mention his face swelling they didn’t care about their patient once they were paid. The transplant failed! Fast forward a year we are in turkey having another one which has been absolutely amazing! LONGEVITA Istanbul is your place, they actually care about you, they couldn’t do more for you! How this private clinic is still running I have no idea. Just AVOID!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I Had agreed to a PAID consultation with Emma Andrews. She failed to call me at the allocated time and did not once send a courtesy email or provide a courtesy call/message to explain why she failed to attend the paid consultation as agreed. I also had to be the one to ring up and get my refund for the consultation that didn’t go ahead. For a private clinic you would expect a higher/much more professional level of service. I managed to get my money back and won’t be returning to use this private clinic ever again! Our completely overstretched and understaffed NHS have better communication with patients!
