Fabulous venue for live music. A must see for any style
like
There was a brass band concert which was absolutely superb. The back row of the band completely blew my mind. I've never seen such amazing third cornets.
A wonderful venue, with disabled access and a small cafe. Great acoustics and comfy tiered seating.
The place seemed good but the promotion of the artist wayne dilks tribute act as George Michael, wasnt good...the auditorium was only about a third full. I've seen him in two other venues and both were virtually full. He and his band were fabulous as always, and everyone i spoke with said the same.
Beautiful concert hall. Great programme of free and paid for events. Bar nearby.
Great venue. Poor catering arrangements meant not enough time for refreshments during interval
A pleasant place to see a live performance. The rigid "no drinks in the auditorium" rule seems unnecessary however, especially when the events held here tend to be be very civilised
Went for the Vice Chancellor's 'Great Debate' and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Beautiful venue with attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone interested in giving something new a try!
