This is a business that is losing customers because of their lack of effort to sell everything fresh and dispose of old food/sauce items. We have ordered the chocolate concrete on a few occasions hoping it would change but it always seems to taste old and stale. The custard tastes stale also. Plus every other dessert shop sells their custard with the concrete but you guys charge a pound for the smallest amount. Waffles sauces such as nutella taste nothing like nutella, are you miss selling? On the other hand the chocolate hedgehogs and oreo cake are delicious. Please sort out these issues so people aren't buying old food.

What a fab experience! Place was clean and tidy and despite whats going on. I felt safe there. The deserts are to die for. I had a chocolate waffle and i was suprised with how big the portions were. Can't wait to go back and try more.

I used to love this place and have always spoken highly of it. However I had 2 cakes which were the Biscoff and milkybar about 2 or 3 days ago and have been so ill since. Im unsure what hygiene procedure has been missed or if anyone at the branch had been ill, but this really has caused me a lot of discomfort and distress. I will spare you the gory details of my illness, but as it was the only thing me and my cousin shared with regards to food that night I can be fairly certain its the cake that's caused it as she is ill too. Its safe to say I will not be back to run the risk of running my belly again.

( HAIRY FOOD COMPANY ) I ordered a kinder bueno waffle from this company.. ended up at my house 10 mins late with a very long hair tucked under the waffle some of it was covered in chocolate sauce 3 or 4 mins after the deliver driver left i called the branch i told them about the hair the bloke then said its not his or his colleagues hair as i reported a black hair and he said there was no one with brown hair who worked there.. so i corrected him, he then said the driver would be back to collect the waffle and refund the money back he and his team of forensic cake makers would then examine it and contain the batch ( I doubt that very much). His vocal manner was very rude. Its been just over half an hour and the branch is less then 10mins away 12.25am now.
