I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Staiano. A cyst had, over a number of years, developed on my forehead. It was quite visible and affecting my confidence so I approached Dr Staiano for a consultation. He was polite and considerate and empathised with me. He addressed any concerns I may have had with professionalism and courtesy. He listened to me and I felt he really cared about my welfare and wellbeing. He took time to make sure I understood everything and was happy. I had my procedure in the summer of 2020 and I could not be happier withe the result of my surgery. He is passionate about his work and cares intensely about his clients. Post-operative appointments were scheduled to monitor my progress and I felt valued and cared for every step of the way. The way he conducts himself and runs his practice is superb and his staff are exemplary. A truly amazing experience.
Staiano Plastic Surgery clinic are an exceptionally amazing team (professional, caring, proactive and understanding) and therefore highly recommended. I feel fortunate that I came across Staiano Plastic Surgery clinic. Mr Staiano who performed the surgical procedure accompanied by Vicki, Nurse Specialist both did an amazing job and during the whole process they made me feel at ease.
After doing plenty of research i was so glad i found Staiano. From start to finish i felt so comfortable and cared for. The little details make the whole experience so much more than you just been a patient. They are always at the end of a phone for any help and advise. The Nurse Vicky is such a lovely lady aswell and so helpful. Would recommend these to all that ask.
