Too many people with an over blown sense of their own importance, and little regard for improving patient outcomes. No clear direction or structure, a waste of time Senior management a waste of space

Officially it’s a caring company- the reality is quite the opposite. No regard for staff welfare; no interest in what is best for the patients - making money is the only thing that matters to them.

I work for the Birmingham site and all the things that have been said about this place are not true that is for the Northampton site which that documentary is about, im not trying to defend the things that have happened but im saying don't just assume all sites are like that when they aren't
