We had the most amazing wedding day, everything was exactly how we’d planned, relaxed, smiling people, fun and laughter. Richard captured everything so well, we are so pleased we hired him, our video is a truly wonderful record of our perfect day. His attention to detail, blending into the occasion, we hardly noticed he was filming but he captured everything. Specular Visuals produced us a fantastic video of our day. Richard had a great rapport with guests and we hardly noticed he was there. The wooden USB was lovely and he also put our video in a private gallery so we could share with our family and friends. A reluctant poor review from my wife and I after our initial experience being excellent with Richard, great value for money and good video. For some unknown reason despite trying to resolve this he decided not to honour the package we originally agreed too and we did not receive our highlights video. The highlight video was removed from the final quotation without any mention when this was agreed over the phone and in previous quotes. Richard did give us more filming time on the day which we gratefully appreciated but at no point was it mentioned we would not receive our highlight video despite even offering to showcase this on his website! A poor outcome after such a promising start.

Richard filmed our wedding in September 2018. I don't really have words to do justice to how fantastic Richard was. Richard was a pleasure to work with and made us and our guests feel very comfortable on the day. Richard took the time to get to know us before the wedding and offered his expertise and dedication in supporting bringing our ideas to life. Nothing was too much trouble and our day has been captured perfectly. We are so pleased with our photos and videos and will cherish these for years to come. Thank you so much Richard for everything, we are so grateful.
