We had the most amazing wedding day, everything was exactly how we’d planned, relaxed, smiling people, fun and laughter. Richard captured everything so well, we are so pleased we hired him, our video is a truly wonderful record of our perfect day. His attention to detail, blending into the occasion, we hardly noticed he was filming but he captured everything. A reluctant poor review from my wife and I after our initial experience being excellent with Richard, great value for money and good video. For some unknown reason despite trying to resolve this he decided not to honour the package we originally agreed too and we did not receive our highlights video. The highlight video was removed from the final quotation without any mention when this was agreed over the phone and in previous quotes. Richard did give us more filming time on the day which we gratefully appreciated but at no point was it mentioned we would not receive our highlight video despite even offering to showcase this on his website! A poor outcome after such a promising start.
