Best station in Brum, does not get that busy, easy to operate ticket machines and friendly and helpful staff

Feel very safe always enjoy my daily commute to and from snow hill staff always helpful the guy that cleans the station is a legend

The blonde women sat by the ticket machines behind the perspex screen is on a power trip!! Rude and has 0 manners Never had any issue when i commuted to moor street. Will be making a formal complaint.
